Ideal Candidate:
Has a current NC Massage License.
Has Massage Insurance or can obtain it within the onboarding process.
Is a team player and is present and service minded at work.
Ability to work on your feet 4 hours a shift.
MT is able to do Deep Tissue massage on a regular basis during shift.
Has a willingness to work nights and/or weekends.

Must be comfortable with applying add ons including: Hot Stones, Dry Body Brush and Reflexology. (The owner will provide a few hours of paid training.)
Must be okay with light side work: wiping tablet, putting away laundry, cleaning and sanitation of treatment room, empty dehumidifier.
Work Environment:
Options for a W-2 or Contract Work position.
This is a Part Time position with the ability to turn into full time as you build clientele.
We have a Monthly Membership and many of our clients are repeat customers.
Raises are available monthly based on number of membership sales.
Supplies are organic including massage oils and essential oils.
We are a small spa with four treatment rooms a break area and laundry room.
We are a clean, relaxed and supportive environment.

Two hour notice before any bookings. The ability to block schedule for personal task if not yet filled, within reason.
All supplies are provided including laundry and oils for W-2 Employees. This may differ with a contract position.
Industry standard for pay within the spa industry. This may vary slightly depending on years in the field.
Raises available on a quarterly review in the first year based on Membership Sales and client retention.
