Experienced Technician and Entry level service tech needed.
Mechanics will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, tire repair / replacement, All necessary minor and major repairs to our fleet of semi-trucks and trailers.
Position Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on the trucks in the fleet.
Diagnose truck failures, disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as necessary.
Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulatory compliance standards. Ensuring ALL trucks are ALWAYS DOT compliant.
Respond to service calls after-hours nights/weekends (Rotation)
Maintain vehicle records
Perform assigned duties in a safe and productive manner.
Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
2 to 3 years of major diesel mechanic experience but not a must will train new entry level.
Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Able to supply your own set of tools to perform the job.
Class A or B CDL license is preferred but not required
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
Salary and Benefits Information: The rate of pay for this position will be based on experience.
Schedule and Shift: This is a full-time position working day shift, Monday through Friday occasionally Saturday or Sunday but on if needed for weekend on call rotation with other techs. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays and take after-hour calls is required as scheduled.
