We’re a family-owned construction company that’s been proudly serving our clients for 18 years. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our financials organized and up to date.
Position Details:
Hours: 5–10 hours per week
Location: Remote (work from home)
Schedule: Flexible – work when it fits your schedule
Compensation: Based on experience
Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks (required)
Experience with construction or small business bookkeeping a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Responsibilities:
Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage invoices
Track expenses, payables, and receivables
Prepare simple financial reports as needed
Coordinate with ownership for questions or clarifications
