Service Gurus Inc. is looking to fill a management position for a new debt collection agency in Charlotte. The position will will pay 50K plus office bonus. The agency services consumer debt for a variety of products, credit cards, PDL, student loans, auto, medical, and retail. The ownership has been in the business for 20 years with several offices throughout the nation.
Qualifications are:
Management experience
Top debt Collector
Dependable
People person
Ability to accept instructions and execute them
Ability to inspire team
Ability to teach others
Responsibilities are:
Supervise collection staff
Achieve monthly office goal
Be available for 2nd voice
Training
Corrective behavior
Open and Close office
