Identity and Access Management Enterprise Solution (IES) program is a multiyear multi stage initiative with an end objective of 4000+ applications to use one way to manage access across the company resulting in reduced risk, improved end user experience and gain efficiencies. • Responsible for planning and execution of tasks to on-board Operations and Consumer Lending Technology (CLT) line of business assets to the IAM Enterprise solution (IES) as detailed in Rapid onboarding Model playbook for Application onboarding. The IAM tool used is Oracle Identity Governance tool (OIG)• Collaborate for on-boarding planning, including prioritizing assets, secure resources and funding as needed. Track line of business on-boarding status.• Take the line of business applications through IAM onboarding lifecycle - Discover, Qualify, Schedule, Plan, Build, Test and Transition.• Serve as point of contact, escalation point and advocate for the IAM program for LOB stakeholders, asset owners, LOB partners and Risk Partners.• Identify, engage, orient and train stakeholders of given Application on IAM program and solution.• Guide application teams in completing on-boarding tasks and drive the resulting communication and training plans. Drive the exception filing process for applications not onboarding to IAM. • Provide feedback on the IAM solution and on-boarding process in support of continuous improvement.• Engage and drive discussions with application teams for externalizing Access Management, where applicable.• Enterprise level experience developing, deploying and sustaining Access Management policy alignment • Senior experience developing governance, policy and best practices for enterprise Identity and Access Management execution modelsSkills:Project Management, Office, Project, Visio, Engineering, Content Management, Infrastructure and Platform ManagementTop Skills Details:Experience working as a Project Manager/Project Lead/ Business Analyst who has IAM implementation experience. Background executing projects in large corporate IT environments - know how to navigate what you don't know. Gone through a similar effort with Identity access management (Application onboarding project, IAM tool implementation, implementing access controls, etc.)Additional Skills & Qualifications:- Leadership skills. This group will receive instructions directly from the CIO and will need to be able to help us execute on strategy presented forward. We need PM's that can help drive execution and keep projects updated. we have over 280 projects in que and need individuals that can manage to competing initiatives and be aware of any gaps or timelines we may hit. Need to mitigate high/medium risk applications. - Having a consultative PM background . We need someone that can enter into an organization with zero to no information and gather information regarding their current Compliance procedures Status. Most likely they will need to be tweaked and this individual will need to form relationships quickly that earn trust. We have the authority to over-rule any current practice and full access to their data but we would like to come at this with a "helpful" approach before we bring in the "executive" hammer. we can disagree with other Lines of business but we cannot be disagreeable.
