About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated Business Execution Consultant to join our Military Talent Strategic Sourcing (MTSS) team focused on the design, execution and support of Wells Fargo's military hiring initiatives. This individual will report to the Head of Military Talent Events and Programs and will be responsible for supporting the execution of program responsibilities which consist of attraction, recruitment, engagement, and retention of military talent at Wells Fargo. This individual will collaborate with Business Execution Consultants, Associates, Administrators, Sourcing Specialists, and other key stakeholders in the execution of this and other Wells Fargo military talent programs while bringing a passion for military community talent to work every day.The Julie Scammahorn National Military Apprentice Program will be the primary program of support. The program is designed to attract and hire Veteran Talent into career opportunities that are aligned with the U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program. As a part of the program, we help manage the performance of structured duties, including a combination of on-the-job training, coursework and mentorship, under the supervision of a hiring manager, program manager and a mentor.In this role, you will:

Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups

Work with Business Execution Consultants and Administrators on developing team processes, data analysis, reporting, tracking, metrics, and dashboards

Manage external and internal communications with candidates, internal liaisons, recruiters, and leaders with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Create, design, and deliver Power Point presentations and implement project communication plans

Support military connected hiring initiatives across all LOBs to include support needs assessment with Recruiting Managers and/or LOB recruiters, developing strategy recommendations, and implementing solutions

Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives

Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners

Support implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business

Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives

Gather, analyze, and interpret data and statistics and recommend potential solutions

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Department of Labor Apprentice policies, procedures and operations

Ability to work and influence successfully within a virtual, heavily matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Experience managing communications with internal and external partners and stakeholders

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills

6+ months of SharePoint experience

Process efficiency experience, including process assessment and recommendations for improvement

Ability to form a story through data analysis

HR systems experience (Workday)

Project/Program Management experience
