These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, portfolio administration, ensuring system and data accuracy, review of clients’ financial statement submissions, report preparation and distribution, and project support.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Work closely with assigned Portfolio Managers, Associates, and Analysts to ensure accurate portfolio data is maintained within Truist systems. Key systems include, but are not limited to, AFS Vision, Salesforce, nCino, Qlikview, MRA and TOE.

Process and review clients’ required reporting submissions including financial statements, borrowing base documentation, financial covenants and backlog reports.

Prepare credit summaries as applicable. Where applicable, interact directly with clients on reporting submissions related to questions and discrepancies.

Provide administrative support in the fulfillment of client requests and offshoring of portfolio maintenance/servicing requests.

Support the CCB Portfolio Management organization in all aspects and with all projects as needed, including, but not limited to regulatory, risk or compliance related projects.

Monitor Salesforce and Qlikview reporting as well as other relevant systems to anticipate and plan workflow with a 90-day forward looking view in support of prompt underwriting of new money, timely completion of reviews/renewals, and credit file certifications.

Develop subject matter expertise and provide training to teammates as applicable.

College degree or equivalent education in Accounting or Finance. Knowledge of bank operating systems.

Thorough understanding of banking and business operations

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal and professional written communication skills are critical.

Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2-4 years credit analyst or related work experience.

Proficiency with Truist bank operating systems inclusive of AFS Vision and other Commercial applications (i.e. MRA, salesforce, nCino)
