Description We are in the search for a Collections Specialist located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28202, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is focused on maintaining a smooth flow of our collection operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Handle B2B collections efficiently and professionally. Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and assess collection data. Implement collection processes and operations to maintain a streamlined workflow. Address and resolve customer inquiries related to collections. Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as needed. Ensure accuracy in all collection operations and customer records. Use Excel Formulas for data analysis and decision making in collection operations. Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial collections. Foster strong business relationships with customers through exemplary service. Implement and manage collection strategies to optimize resultsRequirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Excel Formulas is essential Prior experience in B2B collections is highly desirable Knowledge of collection operations and processes is crucial Experience in collections, specifically commercial collections, is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills High level of integrity and professionalism Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines Knowledge of the printing/publishing industry is a plus.
