Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is integral to our team, providing administrative support and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The industry in which this role operates includes administrative assistance, customer service, and concierge services.Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for our office, greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone system. Provide superior customer service, handling inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to carry out administrative tasks. Maintain a well-organized filing system for efficient retrieval of customer records. Assist with paperwork, including photocopying, scanning and filing documents. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in all communication with team members and clients. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by assisting with other tasks as needed. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Exceptional interpersonal skills Proven experience in administrative assistance Familiarity with answering multi-line phone systems Experience with concierge services Strong customer service skills Accurate and efficient data entry skills Ability to organize files and documents effectively Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and manage stress High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and appearance Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude.
