Monitoring and analyzing Leveraged Finance transactions in the markets for credit, leverage, and covenant analyses

Operating with high degree of autonomy in conducting various financial analyses including, but not limited to, market, pricing, and structural trends that may be pertinent to existing and prospective clients

Collaborating with the Leveraged Finance Origination bankers, large corporate and middle market coverage, banking, as well as the credit partners

Working with deal teams to help prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients, rating agencies, and potential investors

Partnering with all members of the deal team to ensure flawless execution for our client and investors

Enhancing an understanding of market dynamics and investor appetite to assist in proposed structuring and pricing of transactions

Helping to maintain various debt new issue, secondary trading, and syndicate databases

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Banking and/or capital markets background

Job Expectations:

Registration FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.

Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.

Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.
