A large manufacturing plant located in Charlotte, NC is seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics and Maintenance Electricians for Direct Hire placements.Starting pay rate for Mechanics will be $30.43/hr. Starting pay rate for Electricians will be $35.34/hr.Hours will be 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday or on a 8 days on, 6 days off schedule.Qualified candidates must be comfortable working on large industrial equipment.Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting control panels, conveyor systems, pumps, sensors, relays, circuits, and mixing equipment.
Diagnosing and maintaining the furnace and accessory equipment for forging the metal.
Major electrical troubleshooting including diagnosing faults with a multimeter, reading a schematic, and hooking up motors, doing fault analysis of circuits, installing sensors, and plc cabinets.
Minor fabrication of equipment including tack welding of small parts to assist mechanics.
Working with the engineering team to help with up fitting projects.

Troubleshoot the plc system and the sensory equipment.
Following all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and productive environment.
