The role holder adds credibility to Accenture's reputation during the sales process and deep expertise through delivery phase. In addition, the role holder will contribute to and lead asset/offering development and thought leadership activities.Play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping solutions for clients and maintaining and growing industry as their center of gravity. Analyze and design new business processes. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective. Improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project activities. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.
Provide leadership and mentorship to our people and fellow leaders in the organization

Here's What You Need:
Bachelor Degree
8 + Years of experience leading medium to large size projects
8+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics and quality managements systems
Bonus Points If You Have:
Prior experience working for a Consulting Firm or Scientific/Laboratory Informatics firm
Masters Degree
