About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant who will support Merchant Quality Assurance reporting and root cause activities. A qualified candidate will be responsible to compile Quality Assurance testing program data into various formats for various levels of the organization including executive leadership. Qualified candidates will be comfortable identifying data trends, creating easy-to-understand reporting with complex data, presenting to senior level partners and stakeholders, and taking ownership of various reporting and data requirements conducted throughout each month. This candidate will work within the MQA Rising Risk team to perform root cause for underperforming QA programs to define opportunities for improvement by both QA and the partner business. Exemplary attention to detail is required.In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

Assemble complex data into consumable and concise reporting for varying levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) in the financial services industry

Experience performing Root Cause analysis within complex data sets

Experience consolidating data and creating reports for senior leadership in an informative, concise manner.

Merchant Services experience

Experience assembling complex data into consumable and concise reporting for varying levels of the organization.

Experience coaching, training, and mentoring others

Issue/Corrective Action experience

RCSA experience preferred

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

Ability to identify and report risk identified following established guidelines

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment

Microsoft Office experience with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
