Maximize technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies.The Research Analyst Technical Writer is responsible for conducting detailed research and analysis and contributing to report development to inform strategic decision-making processes. This role will play a critical part in identifying market trends, emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.Work you'll do:

Market Research & Analysis:Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Analyze competitor strategies and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Data Interpretation:Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to generate insightful reports. Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for various stakeholders.

Strategic Planning Support:Collaborate with the strategy team to develop actionable strategies based on research findings. Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Reporting:strong writing skills to develop comprehensive reports detailing research findings, analysis, and recommendations. Present these to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Collaboration:Collaborate closely with multiple teams (such as sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience performing relevant research and presenting final analysis. Strong written and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and translate it into actionable strategies.

2+ years' experience in various research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.

1+ years' experience in writing articles, published papers, and technical writing

Expert user with Microsoft Office tools

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Expectation to co-locate in your designated delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Science, Journalism, Area Studies, Liberal Arts or Humanities

Master's degree
