Apply directly here!As an Architect I, you are a registered architectural professional with a background in generating and translating design concepts into final solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will work under the supervision and mentorship of staff to develop design concepts and create accurate and complete documentation in all phases within the established design principles, project budget and schedule. You will work within a multi-disciplinary project team, providing technical design expertise and assistance during the various phases of projects. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Prepare building models and detailed contract documents.

Coordinate technical design of your projects with other internal disciplines and outside consultants.

Participate in the development of project specifications and their coordination with the drawings.

Participate in reviewing completed reports, submittals, drawings, estimates and calculations for accuracy.

Attend site-visits and meetings in order to expedite construction and help resolve any issues encountered in the field such as unforeseen conditions, code related issues, and interpretation of construction documents.

Regularly communicate with staff to ensure that the document requirements are met prior to the delivery and final presentation of the project.

Utilize and encourage best use of design software/technology for presentation and production purposes, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BSD SpecLink and other emerging technologies.

Mentor and support the work of less experienced staff, including Architectural Student Interns and Graduate Architects.

Engage with client representatives and leadership regarding your area of expertise.
