As a Senior IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT operations and strategy of our Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing IT solutions to meet the business needs of the organization. Your expertise in IT systems and technologies will contribute to the overall success of our company.You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.As a Senior IT Analyst at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing transportation management solutions. You will be responsible for developing and integrating advanced transportation management systems (TMS) with our existing IT infrastructure, including ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Your work will directly impact our logistics and supply chain efficiency, driving innovation and improving the effectiveness of our transportation operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Integrate TMS solutions with ERP applications, including SAP and Oracle.
Lead the development and deployment of transportation management solutions.
Conduct discussions with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of TMS solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TMS and ERP integration.

Professional DevelopmentYOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in IT analysis or related field, with a focus on transportation management solutions.
2+ years of domain experience in transportation management.
2+ Hands-on experience with ERP applications, specifically SAP and Oracle.WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Proven ability to lead discussions, understand business requirements, and propose effective solutions.
