Job Summary
Crispy Cones is seeking a dependable and energetic Shift Lead to support the daily operations of our store. The Shift Lead plays a vital role in leading the team, upholding product quality, and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for leadership, customer service, and working in a fast-paced food service environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating clearly with staff and guests.
Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor product quality and preparation standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shift in a calm and professional manner.
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the prep, service, and cooking areas in compliance with health regulations.
Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including availability for morning, night, and weekend shifts, including Sundays.
Represent Crispy Cones’ values and standards while creating memorable experiences for guests.
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety procedures.
Familiarity with opening and closing procedures in a retail or food service setting.
Understanding of leadership principles and guest service standards.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of restaurant or food service experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
