Job Description:
We are seeking a charismatic, bilingual (Spanish-speaking), motivated, and goal-oriented, Cutlery Solutions Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers about our unique services and signing them up for our knife sharpening services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and are driven to earn uncapped commissions. You will play a key role in helping Carolina Edge grow its restaurant client base throughout Charlotte and Lake Norman.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential restaurant clients interested in Carolina Edge's knife sharpening services.
- Engage and build relationships with restaurant managers and owners through direct onsite visits.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our sharpening services to restaurant decision-makers.
- Sign up restaurants for our knife sharpening services and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain detailed records of prospects and clients in our CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly sign-up targets to earn additional bonuses.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with the restaurant knife exchange program is a plus!
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must-have.
Compensation and Benefits:
Option 1:
Competitive Pay: Earn 10% of the restaurant’s annual knife sharpening service revenue, if you sign up the restaurant and convert them to a customer yourself.
Lead Generation Bonus: Earn $50 per qualified lead that Carolina Edge closes.
Bonuses: Earn attractive weekly and monthly bonuses based on performance.
Option 2:
Hourly rate + commission + bonus
