We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Stanly County, North Carolina. In this role, you will play is a pivotal part in providing evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our organization focuses on delivering high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and community settings, helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives. Location: Albemarle, NC in 7000 sq ft ABA center

Starting Salary: $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Potential for performance-based increases and bonuses. Looking for full time but will consider part time.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff, ensuring fidelity in program delivery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals, to create holistic treatment plans.

Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.

Provide parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments.

Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and relevant state regulations.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.

Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, reports, and billing records.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in pediatric or developmental disability settings. (We will also consider new graduates)

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including positive reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.

Experience with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Stanly County.

Ability to pass a background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.

Preferred: Experience with electronic data collection systems (e.g., Central-Reach or Catalyst) and bilingual skills A plus.
