POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of the client’s commercial spaces are clean,
neat, and orderly, in conjunction with MERJ LLC’s policies and procedures. Duties generally include
commercial cleaning, organizing tasks, and may include the use of janitorial equipment such as floor scrubbers or burnishers. Position must present professionalism and provide excellent customer service to all assigned
clients at all times.

LOCATION ONE
Kannapolis, NC.
Medical Building
Monday thru Friday
6pm to 9pm approximately

1. Floor Technician - Sweeping, mopping, etc. Must be able to operate and maintain a commercial floor scrubber and floor burnisher (buffer).
2. Custodial Professional - Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking all restrooms.
