General Construction Laborer –
Charlotte & Surrounding Areas (Full-Time)
Carolina Quality Construction Services is seeking a reliable construction laborer to join our team. We work on residential and commercial projects throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (own car required)
Must be able to pass a drug test
Basic tools and some experience or skills in construction are preferred but not required, we’re willing to train the right person
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
Job Duties May Include:
Assisting with general construction, framing, drywall, painting, concrete, and cleanup
Loading and unloading materials
Supporting skilled trades as needed
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and performance
