LOOKING FOR CLEANERS IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA
(Preferably FLEXIBLE availability)

We are looking for Independent Contractors (IC's) with:
-Flexible schedule
-own cleaning supplies (including commercial dust brooms and mops)
-positive attitude
-quick and efficient service
-has working experience in custodial/janitorial (at least 12 months)
-PREFERABLY be insured
All IC's will have an initial interview and go through a criminal background check $20 (you are required to pay for this)
-We are currently needing cleaners for a commercial cleaning 2-3 week summer project cleaning a middle school.
We base our pay off per contract pay rate based on the square footage, we do this through our knowledge of how long it should take you to clean our residential, airbnb, and/or commercial properties.
