Lead Floor Technician/Custodian

Individual will serve as a Lead for Floor Technicians and General Cleaners assigned to clean car dealerships' show rooms, offices, and mechanic shops and shop floors that are cleaned with automatic scrubbers. Duties will include relaying directions from the Operations Manager to the employees as well as conducting quality control inspections to ensure work is performed in accordance with company standards. You will be required to fill in when employees are absent and/or we have vacancies. This position will require qualified individual to work at locations in Charlotte, Northlake and Concord. Position reports to the Operations Manager. This position is Monday through Saturday nights starting at approximately 7 PM working 4-5 hours per night or as required to ensure facilities are cleaned properly. Experience working with buffers, scrubbers and other cleaning equipment required as well as demonstrated leadership experience. Must have reliable transportation and pass background check.
