Roof Cleaning Crew Member
### Key Responsibilities
- Safely clean residential roofs using softwash techniques
- Work confidently and safely on ladders and rooftops
- Assist with gutter cleaning and occasional house washing
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Complete daily job sheets accurately
### Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- No experience required—20-hour paid in-house training provided
- Ideal for applicants age 18–30 seeking outdoor, active work
