Responsibilities:
Install windows, doors, and siding with precision and attention to detail
Help install decks and screen rooms
Perform tear-off, prep, and finishing work as needed
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate effectively with the team and homeowners
Follow company standards and safety practices
Requirements:
Experience in window, door, and/or siding installation
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work full-time hours
Own tools preferred (but tools can be provided)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and with a team
