Job Duties: Review architecture, push workflow improvement across Microsoft services (making software recommendations). Ideal Years of Experience: 7+ Job Requirements: - Microsoft stack - MS Teams, Outlook/365, Sharepoint, PowerBI
- Citrix - client is using VDI for remote login, the MS Consultant will partner with network and system engineers to help collaborate issues
- Ticket management - implementing work request processes, Vendor management, ticketing service HPSM
- Stakeholders - will be working with executive management and collaborating across different LOB's
