Nature's Spa & Wellness is a family owned, appointment only, boutique spa located in South Charlotte between Ballantyne and South Park. This charming, petite spa offers a one-of-a-kind experience.
We are looking for a front desk associate who excels at customer service. Strong communication and computer skills are critical, as well as attention to detail. The ideal candidate is also personable and adept at multi-tasking. You will be the "face" of Nature's Spa to all visitors and responsible for the first impression we make, so a professional appearance is necessary. The goal is to make clients and visitors feel comfortable and valued. Teamwork is critical to our and your success.
This is a full-time position and all candidates must be willing to work weekends. Experience with Meevo or another appointment software is preferred.
Requirements:
Ability to work weekends
Strong customer service experience
Strong telephone skills
Computer proficiency
