Ukie Painting is looking for one experienced painter for small projects and warranty work.
Responsibilities:
-Planning and executing small paint jobs and call backs (very rarely includes basic carpentry).
-Completing work within the budgeted hours and in an appropriate manner.
-Assisting cabinet team as needed.
-Ability to operate our CRM system with no or minimum assistance (training will be provided).
-Keeping work vehicle organized, clean and well maintained (on time oil changes, tire rotation etc.).
Pay:
-$20/hour to start, $25/hour once you can work with no assistance.
-$50 bonus for every 5 star google review received from your customers.
-5% bonus for referred project (if we close it).
-Opportunity to earn $30/hour if you can work within healthy gross margins.
