Delivery Driver – 1099 Independent Contractor

Same Day Resource LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Delivery Drivers to join our professional team. We provide same-day delivery services and pride ourselves on speed, reliability, and excellent customer service.
Position Details:
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekends during peak season)
Location: Charlotte and surrounding areas
Compensation: Competitive pay
Requirements:
Must provide your own reliable vehicle (White Transit van preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Must successfully pass a background check
Prior delivery experience required
Strong time management skills and professional appearance
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages accurately and on time
Follow established delivery routes and schedules
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
Ensure packages are handled with care and accuracy
