The Facilities Manager ensures the efficiency, safety and good working conditions of all facilities at an Eataly location. Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees Facilities and Support team members.Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and disciplines as necessaryEnsures efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, including but not limited to: walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services and off-site storageUsing a CMMS program, maintains accurate records of work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, housekeeping, and janitorial functions and parts inventoryGuarantees exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulationsAssesses the ongoing condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment in order to anticipate needs and resolve problemsEnsures the safety of the building from fire, flood or other hazardsOversees inventory and vendor relationshipsPerforms other duties as required or assigned
