We're looking for a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to help build modern data and analytics solutions that meet business needs.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Senior Solution Architect:- Serve as project lead architect
- Develop and review key architecture deliverables
- Coordinate delivery teams and leave clear design details
- Be strategic and hands-on when delivering data and analytics solutions
- Develop and review architecture artifacts and manage adherence to architecture standards
- Ensure vendor work is accurate and thoroughly reviewed
- Design, enhance, and maintain technical solutions
- Communicate issues appropriately
- Support solution governance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- 5+ years of scripting/programming with Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.
- Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders to collect requirements, design, create and validate solutions
- Data modeling proficiency for building reporting data models
- Experience working with web analytics platforms, MarTech platforms, CRM and ERP/SIS systems
- Experience working with multiple database platforms such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
- Experience working with modern data pipeline tools such as Stitch, Airbyte, Dagster, Airflow, dbt, etc.
- Experience working with data visualization technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, Google Data Studio, etc.
