UX Designer [Rainbow Six Siege] (f/m/d)

Rainbow Six Siege is the acclaimed first-person shooter franchise. Inspired by the reality of counter terrorist operatives across the world, Rainbow Six Siege invites players to master the art of destruction. Intense close quarters confrontations, high lethality, tactics, team play, and explosive action are at the center of the experience.As UX Designer (f/m/d) you will participate in the conception and production of the user experience of the game. To achieve this goal, you will work within the design constraints and collaborate with other departments to deliver intuitive and user-centered design solutions.What you will do:Work with game designers and artists to determine the best controls and inputs to support game features for a fluid and consistent player experience.Make sure the experience is consistent across multiple platforms (PC, Consoles).Close collaboration with UX Designers and UX Direction, to ensure a project wide coherent UX design.Plan qualitative and quantitative research, including playtests, to validate and evaluate design concepts.Document and share clear specifications of UI/UX components.Follow-up on final implementation of all features to ensure proper execution.
