EXCAVATION & GRADING WORKER NEEDED (Goldsboro / Dudley, NC)
NO SUBCONTRACTORS — LABOR ONLY
We’re a small licensed contractor and local developer building homes from the ground up in the Goldsboro / Dudley area.
We supply all materials — this position is labor only.
We are looking for an experienced Excavation & Grading Worker who can handle:
Digging trenches for footings and utilities
Site prep, grading, leveling, and compaction
Shovel work, trenching, and cleanup
Following layout lines and basic plans
Working safely and efficiently around foundation crews
The ability to work independently is important.
Knowledge of North Carolina building code for footing depth and trench requirements is a plus.
We pay by the job, not hourly.
Pay is based on your reasonable rate multiplied by the expected time for each task — fair and transparent.
We pay out-of-pocket and take care of workers who stay loyal and do good work.
