Job Summary:
Supervises the Construction stages to assure the timely completion of concrete, fiberglass and vinyl liner swimming pools.
Applicants Must:
1. Possess a solid knowledge of pool mechanics and general construction standards to lead in the stages of construction and assure job compliance
2. Maintain a job file for each customer
3. Oversees the onsite labor force and assures that labor is being used efficiently
4. Ensures all stages of the job are being performed to meet our high level of standard and contractual obligations to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
5. Drives truck to job site to deliver materials and assure materials are readily available when needed
6. Ensures all safety precautions are met
7. Supervises the proper use and quality control of company tools and equipment to prevent loss
8. Ensures jobsites are clean and organized
This position requires full time employment that is recognized as forty hours per week, but may vary depending upon business needs.
Required Qualifications:
A High School diploma with a minimum of three years on the job training is required. This requirement can be waived based on related experience in the pool industry. This position is hands on and requires the use of hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hammers, pliers, levels, squares, etc. and power tools such as hammer drills, reciprocating saws, etc. Physical demands include being exposed to harsh climates, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting in excess of one hundred pounds. Communicating with others is essential to coordinate and direct activities and projects.
