- Exterior and interior experience.
- Drywall finishing and touch-up skills.
- Solid work history and references.
- Foreman/Leadership experience.
- Motivation and professionalism.
- DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) capability is preferred, though not required.
