RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong Attention to detail in high volume spaces
Greet and scan every guest who comes into the building
Positive and inviting attitude with customers and staff
De-escalating tactics when needed and thick skin to handle any situation or problem that may arise.
Help customers park vehicles and pick up trash in the lot.
Be Alert and Attentive to customers and systems
Maintain cleanliness of the store by taking out trash, sweeping, emptying ashtrays, moping etc.
Monitor premises to prevent theft, fraud, violence, or infractions
Rapid response time to to any critical situation on the premises
Effective communication with customers and team to ensure the safety of people, place and systems.
Ability to carry a firearm with experience (desired not required)
Maintain communication with staff and management team
