Responsibility and authority to notify Lead or Supervisor of quality related problems and, if necessary, to stop production to correct quality problemsTo assist in coordinating the work of production helpers and ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and all safety rules as followed:To operate one or more of the following: the mixing system; calendar; press; hot melt; embosser 1, 2, and 3; anti-sticking agent unit; adhesive unit 1 and 2; U.V. unit; magnetizing unitTo start up the hot oil heater and water chillersPerform quality testing; make corrections for out-of-spec conditionsEnsure production scheduled to adhered toAssist in training new production employeesPerform some maintenance on the press and report any needed repairs on the machinesAssist in labeling and packing partsLoad and unload trucksHousekeeping
