We are seeking compassionate and committed direct support professionals to provide support for adult IDD members in the community and residential settings. Members have mild to severe behaviors but we will provide efficient training in dealing with behaviors. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting the individual's daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering independence. Must have valid driver's license, diploma or GED, reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration, decent but not perfect criminal background, be physically capable of managing behavioral challenges, have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and adapt to changing needs.
