Responsibilities include:
Recruit and place qualified skilled trades candidates
Maintain accurate employee and customer records.
Post job advertisements using various job boards
Collaborate with sales team to fulfill job requisitions
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with databases, spreadsheets
Able to communicate and interact with customers and employees at all levels within the organization
Working knowledge of construction trades
