Local mobile home park Under New Management. Seeks individuals with residential maintenance and remodeling skills.
You will be remodeling mobile homes to get them ready to be rented.
Candidates should have the following.
their own tools
own a van, truck or suv not only to get to work but to be able to move around the park.
This is a 1099 position
Pay is based on the skill level of the applicant.
