Firmware R&D Engineer

Design, implement, test, and certify embedded firmware enabling real-time industrial communications across leading fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet protocols—EtherCAT, PROFINET, and OPC UA FX (including TSN profiles).Develop and maintain software for embedded systems, ensuring seamless integration with industrial fieldbus protocols.Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize system performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality software development standards are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with protocol specifications, performance requirements, and functional safety standards.Develop unit test(s) and create development/debug tools.
