Join our team, where your expertise can make a true impact!OceanaGold’s Haile Mine is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join the team to operator a variety of haul trucks. Operation of haul trucksTo ensure the haul truck is operated safely and in accordance with company proceduresTo report any operational hazards to the SupervisorTo ensure the haul truck is operated for reliability (O4R)Operating the haul truck productively while maximizing machine life and machine performanceCommunication via 2-way radioAssists in mine support activities as necessaryPerform pre-shift inspection and document appropriately12-hour shifts, rotating schedule on days and nights The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
