Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is looking for a Certificate Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing and procuring certificates for a dedicated customer. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally. They will act as the liaison between the customer and the engineering team to ensure all certificates are renewed and procured in a timely manner, this includes providing status reports to the customer in the form of daily email communication, weekly meetings, and quarterly business reviews.Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing new or renewal certificates for up to 11,000 certificates annually Utilize reports from Venafi Certificate Management System to manage certification expiration Execute the ordering of expiring Certificates on Customers behalf Follow up and escalate certificates renewals with relevant parties (90, 60, and 30 days escalations) and renew device certificates Procure new certificates for any new web services Follow up and escalate certificate with relevant parties to installation of new certificateWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
