Chemfeed Equipment Specialist

We're seeking a proven, high-energy, and self-motivated Regional Chemfeed Equipment Specialist to join our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) business unit. You'll support our sales teams and end customers by delivering expert technical support for our process chemical monitoring and control product line—including metering feed pumps, controllers, and monitoring systems for heavy and light industry applications.In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing service delivery, performing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system commissioning across your assigned geographic region.The regional Chemfeed Equipment Specialist will be responsible for routine and preventative maintenance, standard installations, and on-site troubleshooting within their assigned geographic region.Key Responsibilities:Site Assessment & Planning: Conduct customer site evaluations and technical audits to support sales teams with installation recommendations and scope developmentEquipment Commissioning: Configure, program, and validate chemical feed systems and controllers on startup through calibration, testing, and verification proceduresInstallation & Maintenance: Perform electrical and mechanical installations while maintaining strict adherence to safety, environmental, and health standardsTechnical Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, coordinating with internal teams and corporate resources as neededPreventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and customer satisfactionDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of all service activities and ensure compliance with safety and administrative requirementsTravel: Willing to travel 50-60% within assigned region.
