Service Desk (help-desk):
Location: Camp Lejeune, NC
Clearance: Must be able to maintain and/or obtain an Active Secret Clearance

Candidate would provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors.
Candidate would serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Looking for 3+ years of IT experience
Experience with Remedy ticketing system is a plus!
Candidate must feel comfortable working independently and be familiar with Windows 7 and 10
Must be comfortable troubleshooting MS outlook and printer issues
This role would require an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,
Business, or other related discipline is required.
