Position: AC and Refrigeration Technician or Helper - Full-Time Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. During the probationary period, the new hire will shadow an experienced technician to assist with servicing and installing AC and refrigeration systems. This role offers the opportunity to grow into the position of a technician.
Responsibilities:
Assist experienced technicians with AC and refrigeration repairs and installations.
Learn and apply industry best practices.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the AC and refrigeration industry.
Previous experience in AC and refrigeration is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license is required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Compensation: Wages will be discussed based on experience. Experienced technicians are welcome to apply.
