Air O Smith: Heating & Air Conditioning (Veteran Owned) is seeking an experienced (2-3 years minimum) HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems. If you’re skilled, dependable, and want to work in a growing beach-market business with strong year-round demand, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
Communicate repair options and system conditions to customers
Complete job notes, recommendations, and photos in Housecall Pro
Participate in rotating on-call schedule
Mentor apprentices and maintenance techs when needed
What We Offer
$28–$45/hr depending on experience

Requirements:
2+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA 608 required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle emergency calls
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Rotating on-call (every 3–4 weeks)
Overtime available
