Technician Tightening Systems

The Tightening Systems Technician is responsible for assembly, testing, and repair of our Bosch Rexroth tightening systems product.Works independently with minimal supervision to prioritize and complete tasks for Bosch Rexroth tightening products and systemsAssemble and test tightening products per production work orders and Bill of Material (BOM)Repair and testing of tightening products and systems following blueprint and product manual instructions with hand tools and mechanical and electrical testing equipmentAnalysis of test results, including (where applicable) statements of conformity or interpretationReport, review, and authorization of resultsConduct failure analysis in case of warranty claims and quotations to customers for non-warranty repairsMaintain a safe and clean work environment and continuously improve processes and deliver conforming quality products and services to internal and external customers per the Bosch Rexroth Quality systemProvide occasional field service, replacement and installation services of Bosch Rexroth products and components for customersTravel required as necessary (10%)Participate in departmental and divisional trainings and meetings as requiredOther varied tasks as so directed
