IT ServiceNow Architect for our client in Raleigh, NC Job Title: IT ServiceNow Architect Job Location: Raleigh, NC Job Type: Contract Job Description:- The client is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to provide oversight and guidance of the architecture and solutions for all ServiceNow environments.
- Provide leadership and guidance for the architecture and solutions delivered across all the client ServiceNow environments, including ITSM, CSM, HR Enterprise, ITBM, and all future ServiceNow solutions.
- This position will be part of an overall ServiceNow Platform services team which will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions to the client.
- The individual will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, and integrity of ServiceNow solutions delivered to the client.
- In partnership with the Division of Information Technology ServiceNow team, this individual will ensure that the client ServiceNow solutions are engineered in accordance with state architecture and infrastructure standards.
- The individual will lead the technical solution design and provide guidance to developers on the overall platform solutions & best practices.
- Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
- Must have experience as a ServiceNow solution architect with training or certifications approved by ServiceNow.
- Would be nice to have experience with ServiceNow HR Enterprise, ITBM, and GRC modules.
- Must have ITIL background and/or certification.
- Must have experience with ServiceNow FedRamp solution.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have strategic planning and roadmap development skills to drive the client ServiceNow solutions and overall capabilities map.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
- Experience as a ServiceNow architect across multiple modules with ITSM and CSM required.
- Must have strategic planning and roadmap development skills to drive the client ServiceNow solutions and overall capabilities map.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple ServiceNow deployments.
- Must have ITIL background or experience and/or certification.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience with both Waterfall and Agile Projects.
- Experience with MS Office and SharePoint.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, HR Enterprise, and GRC modules.
- Experience with DevOps processes, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and analysis skills with hands-on experience in development, database design, and web-based technologies.
- Comfortable working in an environment that is driving toward Agile Transformation while continuing to operate within a mature waterfall structure.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with ServiceNow FedRamp solution.
