- Act as a Support Analyst role in for Banking Client, Critical Time-sensitive application platform
- Collaborate with business users to provide analysis, understand issues to provide solutions/resolutions promptly
- Support critical & high visibility applications, batches, and other critical applications
- Work in banks’ strategic Compliance platform for time-sensitive applications and develop the relationship and create visibility with business, development & IT management
- Escalate issues when required to ensure timely resolution
- Responsible for monitoring business applications and services in production as 2nd Level, mainly based on a web-based application, SQL, Support Mailbox handling-including responding to users
- Handling incident tickets, as well as business user, calls
- Batch job monitoring and troubleshooting Software Deployment, Incident, Change and Problem Management, Quarterly Maintenance and DR
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Unix, SQL, and Production Support
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior experience in ITIL
- Experience supporting web based applications is preferred
- Should have deep knowledge of Service Now, Splunk etc is preferred
- You have superb communication skills
- Should have very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Should be highly motivated & proactive team player, detail oriented and ambitious
